What a fantastic return to JRoos!!!  The house was packed with friends old and new alike!! Happy Birthday to our very own Kevin who we spoiled with lots of Diva love at the stroke of midnight. Many thanks to the usual suspects who are ALWAYS in da house and to KLM Audio....welcome back!  We thoroughly enjoyed those "Silver Fin" parents who so OBVIOUSLY needed a night out.  You people rock!  The reunion committee for the Sheehan class of '79 in Wallingford was holding a meeting in the corner....they claim to have actually worked a little.  We saw no evidence of that.  We'll be back at JRoos on April 4th! because our friend Sal is "good people!!  See you all then!

Well, it was a last minute add-on to our schedule, but what a ball we had ROCKIN' THE ROO.....  J. Roo's in North Haven, that is. We've been trying hard to get into this club which hosts some of CT's best bands  every Friday and Saturday night. It took an unexpected cancellation by another band--but hey, we're not too proud to step in!  Beth and family put their vacation on hold for a day and there we were! Thanks to Sal and ALL the fabulous dancers who kept "things" shakin' all the way 'til 1:30 a.m......a shout out to Ron from The Spectacles who visited our Roo show (keep those Sin Sisters in line, Dude!).  A special thanks to J. Roo patrons who showed up to see the originally scheduled band, but gave Cover Story a fair shot! You were very generous to hang with us!  We will definitely be seeing you all at J Roo's again in November. Keep an eye on our schedule for updates.
