The usual craziness ensued at Jake's!  We enjoyed an awesome crowd; inclusive of many tried and true fans, but some new friends finally made their way to us.  How cool is THAT!!!? Many thanks to Anthony and Linn for taking such good care of us, as usual.  George was running his you know what off all night, and the wait staff really had their hands full.   Needless to say, all of the above rallied the entire night with smiles on their faces!  Mission accomplished! We will be back to rock da Jake's House on Friday, May 1st and we can't wait!! Mark your calendars!

Well, Jake's surprised us once again!  The roads were still pretty hairy to negotiate after the snowstorm, but you all found your way to us and we are so grateful that you did!  We celebrated the season, Cover Story's one-year anniversary, and the debut of our new bass player, "The Wolfram"!!  It seemed the later it got, the more crowded it got with friends new and old coming in after attending other holiday parties.  Thank you to all our fans for an awesome year of music and fun. We'll be back at Jake's on 3/14/09. We are taking January off to beef up our song list and hit the recording studio, but check our calendar page for February shows and more Jake's shows in May and June '09.  Happy holidays and best wishes from Cover Story for happy and healthy 2009!!

What can we say about Jakes?  THE BOMB!   We walked in ready to rock  da house and much to our surprise.......da house rocked US!!!  The crowd was unbelievable!!!  Thanks to all that came out and supported our debut at this beautiful martini bar in the center of Wallingford. You danced until you could dance no mo'.....basically when the KLM Audio was dragging the p.a. system out the back door.  Anthony and Lynn have generously invited us back to play Jakes in September so check the website for updates throughout the summer.  Don't forget to check out the gig photos because they tell the story!! Thanks again.....
